Account Deletion Process

We are sorry to see you go. This page provides instructions on how to permanently delete your JusticeLens account and associated data directly from the mobile application.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account at any time by following these steps within the app:

1. Log in to your JusticeLens account.
2. Navigate to the 'Profile' tab.
3. Tap on 'More >'.
4. Tap on 'Delete Account'.
5. Enter your password and press 'Confirm Deletion'.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

Upon confirming the deletion:

• Your account will be permanently deleted.
• All personal information, including your name, email, and profile details, will be permanently erased from our production servers.
• Content you have posted, such as incidents and images, will be anonymized in accordance with our data retention policies.

Please note that this action cannot be undone, and you will not be able to recover your account or its data.
